• Rates based on a maximum occupancy of 6
• Summer months are weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
  Check in is 3:00 PM and check out is 9:00 AM
• No smoking or pets, please. All bedding, linens and dishes provided. Please bring your own towels - kitchen, bath and beach. Bring charcoal for grilling on the Weber grill, too!
• All rates subject to MN sales tax
• 50% deposit by personal check or money order due within 2 weeks of making reservation. Confirmation and agreement will be sent or e-mailed to you. Signed agreement and remaining 50% plus a $200 damage deposit due two weeks before your stay. Directions, map and key lock code forwarded to you after agreement and fees are received
• Cleaning fees are included in above rates. Any property damages will be assessed per the rental agreement
• There is no penalty for cancellations made 60 days prior to stay. Cancellations or changes within 60 days of arrival forfeit the full advance payment.
